Last month we hosted Ambassador Jack Matlock in Cincinnati to speak on NATO & Resurgent Russia. Matlock spoke on his firsthand experiences working as the U.S. Ambassador to the Soviet Union and the myths of The Cold War.

In June, GCWAC partnered with the European Chamber of Commerce to host Dr. Trita Parsi to discuss Iran and his most recent book, ‘Losing an Enemy: Obama, Iran, and The Triumph of Diplomacy.’

Global Leaders

Over the week of June 15th, GCWAC hosted 5 global leaders on the topic of “Transit Trade and Value Added Concept Facilitation.” The delegation came to Cincinnati to learn about:

  • Successful transit trade corridors in the U.S.
  • Illustrate the essential role of government, NGOs, and the private sector in developing successful transit trade corridors and value added services
  • To specifically highlight the social, economic, and political factors that influence and encourage the development of effective transit trade corridors and value added facilities in the U.S.
  • And to highlight the latest and most innovative trends in the United States.
