Tanner Johnson
Tanner recently joined our team as the Global Education Intern for the fall semester of 2020. He will assist school districts, global community partners, and business leaders in an effort to bring international education to students of all ages. Tanner is passionate about spreading awareness of different cultures and believes that we can learn something from anybody with the right mindset.
He is currently set to graduate in December of 2020 from Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelors in International Business. During his time at Eastern Tanner spent a semester abroad as a student of Shanghai University in Shanghai, China. While he was there he spent a majority of his time traveling as much of the country that he could. His favorite part of this experience were the major differences in landscape and culture from province to province. He is also grateful for the chance to grow and change alongside people who would become life long friends.
He was first inspired to be involved with international affairs during his employment at Disney world. Tanner hopes to continue grow as an globally conscious professional and to experience as much of this world as he can.
Javier Gresham
Javier recently joined our team as the Global Programs Intern for the Fall semester of 2020. He will help coordinate our PR initiatives and events, including the 2021 One World Gala, assist in the creation of our online promotion and social media outreach, and serve our fundraising efforts to have an even bigger impact in our schools and the communities supporting them.
Javier was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. Growing up, he attended the School for Creative and Performing Arts and competed in amateur boxing across the country. This background allows him to fluently combine creative thinking and determination into everything he does today. Javier obtained his Bachelor’s at the University of Cincinnati in Entrepreneurship and International Business. Having the opportunity to live and study in Hong Kong and Paris cultivated his passion for spreading global awareness and educating youth about the wonders of the world.
Now, Javier is pursuing his Master’s at the Beijing Normal University, majoring in Public Management, and works virtually as an ESL teacher. As a humble servant to humanity, he strives to empower young dreamers and aspires to drive positive change. We are excited to have him on board!
