Voice of America Museum – Seeking Immigrant Stories
Lee Hite who is a Docent, Board Member, Curator, K8CLI with National Voice of America Museum of Broadcasting is starting a new project to collect oral histories from people who immigrated and listened to the VOA in their native country. They have partnered with Becky Johnson at Northern Kentucky University and with students from her class to conduct the interviews.
Their plan is to collect maybe 10 to 15 people who would be willing to do the interview between now and March 1st, 2022. The interviews would begin the month of March.
