Around The World In 100 Years

DeanHouston+ celebrates the World Affairs Council’s anniversary by supporting its global mission

At DeanHouston+, our driving purpose for 35 years has been to build a business of enduring value, one that will stand the test of time. That is why we are proud and honored to support the purpose-driven work of the World Affairs Council of Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. We want to congratulate the organization as it celebrates its 100th anniversary in 2023. In that time, the World Affairs Council of Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky has helped countless thousands of children and young adults become culturally aware and respectful citizens within our wider global community.

Throughout our history, DeanHouston+ has actively supported organizations such as the World Affairs Council of Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky by committing time, talent, financial resources and support because they closely align with our own enduring-value purpose, mission and core values. That is why we are thrilled to be a Presenting Sponsor of this year’s One World Gala & Global Trivia Competition, which is celebrating its own 10th anniversary this year.

As a global organization ourselves, DeanHouston+ fully embraces the noble cause of the World Affairs Council, which is to bridge the gap between people and cultures from around the world. In fact, the council’s mission to bring together the world through cultural awareness, diversity, understanding, education, engagement and cooperation closely reflects our commitment to building a business culture that cares deeply about personal wellness, family engagement, selfless collaboration, idea sharing, breaking down barriers and learning from difficult times.

For nearly a decade, DeanHouston+ President and CEO Dale Dean – who is also this year’s One World Gala Event Chair – has enthusiastically served on the World Affairs Council Board of Directors as it works to help eliminate racism while promoting understanding and tolerance of political and religious differences through education, engagement, caring and compassion for people everywhere at a human level.

“I am passionate about supporting the World Affairs Council, knowing as human beings we all share this planet for a very short period of time and realizing that by working together, we can unify people and make a positive impact on creating a welcoming and unified global community,” said Dean. “I know that by unifying people, we will help make the world a better place for everyone, today, tomorrow and for future generations.”

Congratulations and best wishes to the World Affairs Council of Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky as you celebrate your 100th Anniversary!
