Global Connections in Action: Delegation on Promoting Women’s Security Visits Cincinnati

Last Thursday, we had the honor of welcoming an inspiring international delegation to Cincinnati for a special Meet & Greet hosted at the DeanHouston offices. This visit brought together nine distinguished visitors representing Algeria, Chad, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Morocco, and Tunisia — all participating in a U.S. Department of State exchange program focused on Promoting Women’s Security.
Over coffee and conversation, local leaders and community members connected with the delegates to explore powerful topics, including:
- Strategies around legal instances for women going through divorce
- How economic opportunity and community leadership contribute to strengthening women’s leadership
- The essential role of women in financial structures
This engaging and intimate gathering offered more than a cultural exchange — it was a moment of global dialogue, shared values, and collaborative learning. Attendees left inspired by the delegates’ courage, insight, and dedication to advancing women’s rights and security in their home countries.
We’re grateful to our friends at DeanHouston for hosting and to everyone who joined us for this meaningful event. Events like these remind us of the power of people-to-people diplomacy and Cincinnati’s growing role in global conversations.
