Welcome to the Newest Staff Member, Eavan Kuehnle!

The World Affairs Council –Cincinnati & Northern Kentucky is honored to introduce their newest addition to the staff, Eavan Kuehnle.

Eavan is a fourth-year student at Miami University, and will be graduating this spring with two Bachelor’s Degrees: Diplomacy and Global Politics, and Russian, East European, and Eurasian Studies. Additionally, a minor in History. She has conducted research for the State Department in connection with their Diplomacy Lab, and will be expanding upon it in her Departmental Honors Thesis this year. 

She was an intern with the World Affairs Council last summer and is now the IVLP Programs Assistant. In addition to this position, she is a mechanic, volleyball referee and player, Red Cross volunteer, and Down Syndrome Association volunteer. 

Eavan was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, and has lived all around the state. Due to her parents’ passion for politics, history, and education, she has been drawn to global education efforts, diplomacy, and international affairs.
