IVLP Programs Assistant Nominated as Global Ties 2027 Emerging Leader
We are thrilled to announce that Eavan Kuehnle, our IVLP Programs Assistant, has been selected for the 2027 Emerging Leaders Program! Eavan joins an inspiring cohort of thirteen young professionals nominated by Community-Based Member organizations across the nationwide Global Ties Network. Each participant was chosen for their passion for strengthening local communities through international exchange.
Designed to foster impact both locally and globally, the program features specialized training, service projects, and a mentorship framework paired with program alumni. These initiatives help introduce local communities to rewarding career pathways in public diplomacy and exchange. Since launching in 2011, the Emerging Leaders Program has empowered more than 250 young leaders across the United States. Alumni go on to excel in leadership roles within the Global Ties Network, the U.S. government, international business, global manufacturing, and technology, with many returning to mentor the next generation.
