Always held on the third Thursday in November, the Beaujolais Nouveau traditionally celebrates the first wine of the grape harvest and has evolved into a worldwide gathering in a French atmosphere.

The French-American Business Alliance of the EACC will once again host a Beaujolais Nouveau celebration for the Greater Cincinnati region. As one of the largest in the area, this premiere event brings together a dynamic corporate network for both EACC members and the public to enjoy.

This year, we are excited to feature live music from the jazz quartet The Faux Frenchmen. We will also showcase the Taft Museum of Art’s upcoming exhibition Paris to New York: Photographs by Eugène Atget and Berenice Abbott, and wine educators from Wine Trends will be on hand to share their expertise about Beaujolais wines.

We are delighted to welcome Jack Keegan, Greenhouse Manager and Instructor in the Biology Department at Miami University, as our Celebrity Auctioneer. Jack has taught Viticulture and Enology or the “Wines” course to over 6,000 students since 1995.

Beaujolais Nouveau Première serves as one of the largest fundraising opportunities for the EACC to deliver on its mission to stimulate business and networking development between Greater Cincinnati and Europe. Again this year, the event will feature a silent auction to support the work of the EACC. The silent auction will feature a unique selection of European-American themed items, including two round-trip tickets to Europe donated by Delta Airlines, and items that showcase Greater Cincinnati.
