IVLP: Youth Empowerment and Civic Engagement with delegates from Serbia
October 12 - November 16
The Department of State has outlined the following specific objectives for the project:
- Explore and connect with youth-serving institutions in the United States that work to promote youth leadership, civic engagement, and entrepreneurship.
- Examine strategies and approaches for facilitating political participation, entrepreneurship, volunteerism, and community engagement among young people.
- Gain knowledge and skills to strengthen institutional capacity of youth empowerment organizations in Serbia.
- Establish and foster relationships between U.S. and Serbian youth organizations.
