Friendship Force International. (www.friendshipforce.org). Our local branch is Friendship Force of Greater Cincinnati (www.friendship force cincinnati.org). Friendship Force was started in the 70s as a way for private citizens to practice international diplomacy with home stays in order to fulfill the mission of “promoting global understanding across the barriers that separate people”. There are about 300 Friendship Force clubs in over 50 countries today.
