IDEA Summit 2022

The Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce (NKY Chamber) and St. Elizabeth Healthcare are partnering to host the first IDEA Summit – Building an Inclusive Community: The Business Case for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion powered by Fifth Third Bank. The event will be held from 8 a.m. to Noon on Friday, June 10, at the St. Elizabeth Training and Education Center (3861 Olympic Blvd., Erlanger, Ky., 41018) and will address removing barriers to employment, effective talent attraction and retention strategies, the importance of an inclusive workplace culture and building a plan for supplier diversity.
Tentative Event Schedule
7:30am – 8am: Registration/Breakfast/Networking
8am – 9am: Welcome and Keynote Speaker Stephanie A. Smith from Fifth Third
9am – 10am: Panel Discussion – All hands on deck: Removing Barriers to Employment. Panel moderator Dr. Eddie Howard, VP of Student Affairs at NKU.
Panel: John Hawkins MPI Consulting, Catrena Bowman-Thomas NKCAC, Alecia Webb-Edgington Life Learning Center, Paco Tello, Pefetti Van Melle
10am – 12pm: Break Out Sessions (Topics TBD)
