Established in 1988, Montgomery’s Sister Cities relationship with Neuilly-Plaisance, France has grown into a nationally recognized award-winning program. A committee of volunteers work to encourage this relationship with our friends from Neuilly-Plaisance, a suburb of Paris.

Cultural, educational, governmental, economic, and social exchanges help the growth of friendships between Montgomery residents and the 18,000 residents of Neuilly-Plaisance.

More importantly the engagement of the attendees really spoke to the idea of embracing diversity and making community and business leaders realize how important it is to focus on inclusion rather than exclusion in interactions both professional and personal.
